The battery life could be a little better but the fit is so much better than the buds pro 3. I wish the case had a different design because the cases that allow you to hang it from something is alway big and bulky due to the design. Great earbuds overall and thats why I gave it 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Buds3 Pro to the Buds4 Pro, and the biggest difference right away is the fit. The refined shape on the Buds4 Pro is great. my Buds3 Pro used to slip out of my ears constantly, but these stay completely locked in place without having to readjust them. They're also noticeably more comfortable for long listening sessions. The sound and features are great so far. I haven't had a chance to fully test out the Samsung Find feature on these yet, but I'm really hoping it performs better than it did on the Buds3 Pro, which was pretty unreliable for me. Overall, the fit alone makes this a great upgrade.

I deliver mail so I only use 1 bud at a time and on my lunch I could use both at the same time. Battery and comfort are amazing. Galaxy AI is easily accessible once you configure it on the settings. I really do forget i have one in my ear especially when i walk into a busniess and people dont think i could hear them, but with the ambient noise, I could hear better with them on than off. Between listening to music and phone calls each buds battery last roughly 5 hours. Thats with ambient sound on. Sounds are crystal clear. Calls sound clear and the people are always amazed that even though im outside with dogs, traffic and everyday noise, they only hear my voice. Even wind noise is canceled out. It did take me about 2 weeks to finally find the pinch sensor. Its very tricky finding the action sensor on the buds on opposite sides of your hand. If I have the left bud in and try to use my right hand to pinch to answer, it takes a could of tries to get it, but if I have the right bud in and use my right hand to pinch to answer, it works the 1st time. Little bit of a learning curve. Overall very happy with the purchase even though I had the buds3 pro. The buds4 are an upgrade over the buds3 in terms of sound quality and battery life. Comfort is very comparable to the buds 3 pro.

Once I have them in, I can barely even feel that I'm wearing earbuds, which is a huge plus for me. The gestures are probably one of my favorite features. They fit well and the head jesters are nice, especially when running. Battery life is nice and the car will charge them more than once.

I love not having to worry about pausing my music to hear what someone is saying to me, also the sound quality is as good as it gets without having an over the ear headphones. They have definitely gotten everything right this time. I chose them over competitors any day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade to the Buds Pro 4 after i dropped my buds 3 pro doen an elevator shaft this april (common theme amongst my reviews, im always losing stuff), so those will be my reference point. The buds are VERY well made, miles sturdier than the last iteration, with the metal being a nice touch. the sound is also leaps ahead of the previous buds, but there is still room for improvement. the buds sound flat without an eq on, but once that is done, they sound fantastic. the features these buds have are similar to thw previous, but the noise cancellation is freakishly good; i cant hear people yelling in my own house. the case is also interesting, as i like the flat design with the clear top. i would recomend these only if you are within the samsung ecosystem already, as the functionality on other phones seems limited.
