Pairing was quick and simple, and everything connected without any issues. The sound quality is what stood out to me first. It feels rich and immersive, especially when listening to music or watching videos. Once they are in, they do a great job of minimizing outside noise, which makes it easier to stay focused or just enjoy what I am listening to. The fit is also very comfortable. They sit securely in my ears without feeling bulky, which makes a difference when using them for longer periods of time. One feature I found especially useful is how Galaxy AI helped guide me through setting up and using translation with my earbuds. Being able to connect everything through Bluetooth and have spoken language translated smoothly into my phone while listening through the earbuds is a really convenient and impressive experience. I have only used them a handful of times so far, but each time has been consistently good. They have already become my go-to over other earbuds I have owned. Overall, they are easy to use, sound great, and fit naturally into my routine. I am looking forward to using them even more and exploring additional features over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with the noise cancellation and fitment in the ear. I'm coming from the buds2 pro. The new buds4 are far superior for working in my shop around loud noises. The ANC on buds2 would crackle at basically anything loud happening (hammering metal, running an air tool). I also found the the duds2 fitment to be very poor even after adding foam ear tips. The bud4 cancel out the sound extremely well, the only time they crackle a little is when blowing compressed air directly at them. The buds4 stay in the ear surprisingly well considering they lack the wings that I loved so much from the original buds+, somehow these don't work out of the ear at all. The controls on the stick were something that I didn't think I would like as much, turns out it's incredibly functional and intuitive, although they don't fit under ear muffs very well because of the sticks. You can get it to work but you have to wear them pretty low and it's not the most comfortable thing on the planet. The way the buds4 delivery bass is absolutely genius and the sound quality is stunning. I haven't had a chance to try out the galaxy ai yet but as well as everything else works I'm sure it performs as you would expect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I chose" to add the buds 4 pro to my collection, I have several wireless headphones, jabra, bose quiet comfort, and a pair of sennheiser 4 tw. Out of all these id have to rank them #2 based on sound quality/noise cancelation. They fit well but if your not use to their touch controls it will take some getting use to.

Seems crazy how cheap an 8 classic goes for now when it does 90 percent of what this ultra2 does. So far it's not unlocking my car like it was supposed to but the battery life is pretty good

Very uncomfortable to the point that it can be irritating to wear. The headphones do not fit very well because it heavily depends on your ear shape I couldn't eat with out them falling out. The battery lasts a while, the clarity of the sound is good and they connect very fast. Even though the other categories are good, the fit of the earbud is so bad that it brings the score down.
