Such a disappointment. Just like the previous gen this one is also plagued with randomly not charging one of the ear buds. Originally i thought they fixed the issue with the redesign. But they just slightly improved it. Bummer two generations of buyers remorse because they didnt fix the original issue. Its extremely frustrating when you pull your headphone case from the charger and dont realize until you are already at the gym that one of the headphones is dead or dying because it never charged. And sometimes I try to readjust the headphone how its resting or try firmly pressing it into the charging spot and it can be incredibly difficult to get it to charge.

Noise cancelation is much improved over the 3 pros and the shorter stems make ot less likely for them to be knocked out. Included silicone tips also pretty comfortable. However, the volume controls being on the front of the stem rather than the back is a downgrade from the 3s. It's a much less natural movement to swipe the front with index finger rather than the back with thumb. The buds 4 pro with swipe gesture on the back (like the 3s) would have been perfect.

I chose Galaxy Buds Pro 4 because it just made sense since I've only only owned Samsung phones for the past 15 years. The comfort on my ears and clarity of sound is impressive. It's so east to sync and pair with my other Android devices. I love the rose pink color and bought a cool case for them as well.

Compared to the Buds3 Pro, these buds fit very nicely. I had to adjust the Buds3 quite often and changing ear tips did not help. These have a slightly noticeable upgrade in the audio and ANC. Unfortunately, the case for the buds feel cheap. The clear top of the case scratched immediately, and I only wiped it with a microfiber cloth... The hinge also feels a bit flimsy. I wish Samsung would use better materials.

The earbuds are ok. However, there have been multiple instances where the case is charged but it won't charge the earbuds inside. I have to manually take the earbuds out and place them back in for them to register and finally start charging. A bit frustrating when they're supposed to charge automatically inside. Aside from that they're ok. They're not much different from the previous gen.
