I love the upgraded options for noise canceling & how I rarely have to take them out I My heart. I can just change setting & have a full conversation with little to no interruption.

I work in a research lab so I use them for 8+ hours every day while performing experiments. I chose to upgrade to these when I lost one of my Buds2 and the sound quality is AMAZING. My only issue with them is that I have to pinch the buds with 2 fingers on the stem to stop playing music/videos, while before I could just tap my old buds with the back of my hand to pause the sound. The old way is so much better if you are wearing gloves or always have your hands full.

I was very excited to update my buds 3 pro with a newer stylish and better version. Unfortunately, I do feel disappointed afterwards the time of experience. I do wish that the older version would be available for sale. It's been almost a while since I started to use it. What are my cons: 1. The quality of the sound is actually worse than previous model, regardless of the settings and plug size changes. 2. Keeps falling off the ears, again, regardless of adjustments. My pros: 1. I love the new design, specifically the charging case. 2. Very easy to set up and manage. 3. Love the colors.

The sound was incredible, but there were a few issues that I needed resolved in an upgrade. The connectivity to my Galaxy Phone is almost seamless. Whenever I open the case and have my phone handy, I get the option on if i want to connect. If there are any pairing issues, the convenient pairing button on the back makes it super simple to connect to phone or any Bluetooth device like my computer. The sound quality is the reason I chose to go back to Galaxy Buds. The bass is always super crisp,and the noise canceling options are almost unmatched. I make it a point to have these on me for work to connect to Teams calls on my computer and easily switch to music when I am not in a meeting.

That is why I chose to upgrade to the Galaxy Buds 4Pro when it was released - and I'm glad I did. I mostly use my Buds while on Airplanes and when Mowing my lawn and in both cases the noise cancelling is the best ever on this model. The fit seems to be better than previous models and when I am on a call, the other party hears me better with less background noise. One feature that I have found to be a huge improvement is on battery life. My Buds 3Pro battery would often not last a coast to coast flight. The Galaxy Buds 4Pro has had no issue on any of my cross country trips. If you're looking for a comfortable set of Bluetooth ear buds that have good power handling, the Galaxy Buds 4Pro is it.

I highly recommend the upgrade specially if you have older pair of buds.

I'm so glad Samsung went back to a squarish case, these seems to provide better charging fitting for the earbuds and... oh lord, I absolutely love the new shape and anesthetics. I hope Samsung earbuds stay minimalist and out of screens and cameras. They did a lot of things right, like battery life and sound quality which are, in my opinion, the most important factors for earbuds (function-wise)... If you have any previous Gen of Samsung Earbuds I can assure you that you'll feel the upgrade even more than going from ZF7 to ZF8u...
