[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packed with features, the noise cancellation is excellent, along with the ability to access Gemini touch-free. Customizing the features in the settings is particularly helpful. When traveling I can set the level of noise cancellation, so while I'm flying I can have it on high but while I'm walking around and interacting I can have it on low. I do find my phone calls are more clear and those on the receiving end tend to complain less of outside noise. The say they are using AI in the mics to process the outside noise and minimize it. The Bud controls are a little better than the previous version but there are no external lights on the Buds this time. I am not a huge audiofile guy when it comes to music so I can't tell a huge difference in quality over the previous Buds but according to the specs they've definitely upped the game. I find the battery life to be more than adequate for my needs. I don't fly for anymore than a couple of hours so I've yet to test the maximum battery life

I work in a loud environment but slow environment so often I find myself watching YouTube videos or movies. I used to have to push down on my headphones so I can hear whatever I was watching. Not anymore! The noise cancelation on the buds 4 pro are amazing and work even better than me pushing down on my last pair

The way they fit, Samsung really outdid themselves on this one. I don't worry about them coming falling out or anything. Overall, I love these buds.

First time litsening with these on with out adjusting anything was incredible. The bass and the noise cancellation was top tier. I use them every day and the battery life is amazing as well. Could never go wrong with a samsung product!

This pair fits comfortably and the sound quality is amazing. I am still learning to use them. However, the noise canceling and ambient modes are amazing with kids or working. I also like the head gestures when answering phone calls. Overall great product!

This is a review for the noise canceling aspect of the headphones. As I type this, I am a chaperoning 7th and 8th grade choir students on a bus headed to Disneyland. They are LOUD. Twice, I've removed my headphones because hands were raised (meaning there was an announcement coming), both announcements were for the students to stop screaming. I heard no screams. Thanks Samsung. 10/10 would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a huge improvement coming from the fe buds. Sound quality is amazing. Now the real reason I got these was for my hearing. Being half deaf in both of my ears and hearing aids costing so much, this device is an amazing tool. Sounds just like a hearing aid thanks to being able to adjust ambient sound. Truly a hearing aid without having to pay thousands. Now also using the galaxy AI to live translate from Spanish to English is Incredibly helpful and such a useful tool. LOVE IT!!

The connection to you're phone also makes things smoother. Still paying around with features, but after getting use to how the earbuds work I cannot wait to keep seeing more. I hope to see more Galaxy AI involvement within them.
