I can tell when the music changes when I talk around people or when it gets loud it cancels out the noise, definitely recommend for people who get overstimulated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great buds. Great sound and anc. The silicone tips aren't great, but luckily, the Comply foam tips for the Pro 3 fit the Pro 4. I am still working on figuring out the Galaxy AI, but it seems to work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design on the new Buds 4 Pro is a marked improvement over the Buds Pro 3. The new shape of the stem means I am dropping them less. There is a noticeable improvement in the bass. I prefer the design slim of the old case, but I will gladly carry the Pro 4 over the Pro 3.

Product is great. Support is not. I dropped my case and lost it. My mistake i get that. But there's zero support to buy a replacement case. Not even direct or with the insurance either. I asked about maybe a discount on a new pair, nothing just no help and no way to track case.

They record 360 degrees of sound for videos. They help you communicate with Bixby, your personal assistant. I'm over the moon happy with my new headphones.

This have a great microphone and people can hear me clearly. You can modify the gestures and control. I used the left bud to set a quick configuration for AI. I love these buds.

The sound is super clear with good bass, and the noise cancellation works really well when I want to block everything out. They’re also really comfortable and I can wear them for hours with no issues, and they stay in place. Battery life is solid and the case charges fast too. Overall, definitely worth it. Super convenient and great quality. They make it so easy to use Galaxy AI as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another long time user of TWB's ... Jabras, Samsung buds, buds LIVE, PRO, etc. However, the Buds 3 Pro was amazing at first... But then the finish started peeling off, the microphones stopped working and people thought I was under water, OR feet away from the closest bud... Either way, not the best for someone who works in noisy environments. These change ALL of that. Extra mics to isolate and provide clearer voice communications. Amazing sound quality. And actually fit way better. Thank you Samsung.
