I upgraded from original Galaxy buds. These things sound great and are SUPER comfortable. It would be 5 stars, if not for issuesy with the integration on my Galaxy S23FE. My organization blocks the Samsung store (like most enterprises do) which blocks the ability to configure these beyond basic functionality (ANC Controls, equalizer, preferences are all unavailable). Samsung, if you're listening make the connectivity native in the UI without the need of an additional app OR make the app available on the play store! Considering returning. I got them set up on my Galaxy Tab but the seamless transition doesn't work and even if I got the s25 or s26 I'd probably be unable to use the live translate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bud4Pro improved over an already fantastic Bud3Pro. While the improvement is not as impressive as I felt going from Bud to Bud3Pro, I can appreciate the improved sound quality, lighter weight and better fit overall. But I feel it lacked a bit of the cool factor, like my bright silver color Bud3Pro with light bars. It looks more mature and grown up now than playful as the 3Pro.

Perfect to listen to music, watch movies/videos, and amazing when talking on the phone. The noise canceling is perfect and the adaptive is even better when you still need to hear your surroundings. Perfect for runners or just active people in general. 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using earbuds of some sort for 30yrs and these are by far the best sounding, easiest to pair with the phone and the controls work like they should. I use these when mowing the grass and the noise canceling works fantastic. I also have these paired with my Galaxy watch ultra for when I go running in the morning and everything works seamlessly. Great job Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because other watches weren't cutting it for me and a co-worker was showing me theirs and all it's features and at that point I had to have one. I am impressed with all the features and functions and love the fact that I don't have to be near my phone to call, text or listen to music. I even got one for my daughter and she won't take it it off. I would buy this over and over again for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give these a full 5 stars however the gesture feature isn't available for my phone yet (S24 Ultra) sonthatvwas a disappointment because that was one of the main selling features for me. Otherwise it connects to my devices better and faster then with the 3s.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds pro 3 were great but the pro 4 are one heck of an upgrade, from the sound to the improved A.I. Voice commands makes it easy to navigate without touching my phone, so far I love everything about them, and I havent tired all the functions yet but so far it's a grade A+ in my book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality of sound is low, especially when listening to Spotify and yes I've cleared cache and reinstalled app. Specific to myself, they dont fit well either. They are very uncomfortable and unusable for longer use.
