I'm happy with the sound and the options for it, the snap on tips are cool, but the provided ones are not. These are brand new first runs, could have done better, I love the button...I hate the airpod cloning please stop

The voice commands are very useful and the auto switching between ambient sound and ANC has proven to be quite useful when I'm at work. My only issue with the buds is no matter which silicone tip I use I have an issue with them falling out of my ears, primarily if/when I look down.

I have my windows down while driving most of the time and I've been told that no one can hear any wind or road noise on the other line. I have the buds 2 pro before these ones and these are definitely an upgrade! My favorite buds ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had every generation of Galaxy Buds, but the Buds 4 Pro are way ahead when it comes to sound quality and features. The first thing I noticed is how much clearer they sound compared to previous models. I'm hearing things I didn't know existed in songs, like background instrumentals or vocal layers, and this is coming from a guy who doesn't have the greatest hearing because I've worked with heavy machinery my whole life. All the Buds are good, but these are the first pair to legitimately get me to stop what I was doing and just listen. That says a lot about the sound quality. As for the features, I haven't tested them all yet, but I can tell you the ANC, voice calls with super wide band, ambient sound, and the earbud controls are the best they've ever been. The calls are clearer, the ANC makes me forget the world around me when I need them to, and the seamless switching between devices is still fantastic. Everything about these Galaxy Buds just feels like Samsung put a lot of time and effort into stepping these up a notch. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The change is absolute the functions and sound regulators are excellent something that must be taken into account is, that each function is for every moment of the day which would be great to have an option to create sound profiles for each occasion, example in the work with the sensors of talking on in places that are too noisy to turn off the whole environment and for games to quiet the hq to reduce latency.

I bought these hoping I could use them for my moderate hearing lose like it says it can be used for. It was a complete waste of my time. I guess for actual music and such they're ok but I would not have purchased them otherwise. Ended up giving them away because returning things are such a hassle.

We're I think it needs more work is the fact you can't last a min in the sauna before they get super hot and they turn off. Unlike the previous model, you need good headphones to be in there especially if other tried to exercise or talk. That is annoying. The battery doe not last but two days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from the galaxy buds live to pro to the buds2 pro. Getting use to the pinch was interesting to say the least. The volume controls were backwards on the app. When going to galaxy buds2 pro the anc was a little touchy as I work in a very loud environment but updates improved that. I'm going to guess same will happen. I work in a very dusty environment as well and through all the other buds nothing short of excellence. If I can use those as a reference point then there's no doubt in a few months it's 5 stars
