[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the new Galaxy Buds4 Pro! The sound quality is so much better and the new controls are much easier to use. I don't feel like I have to guess where im pressing to pause/play music or turn on noise canceling. I wish there was another size smaller for the ear tips. I feel like they are slightly bigger and tend to hurt my ears after wearing for several hours off and on at work. Aside from this, the headphones are great and I am very pleased with the improvements from last year's version!

Amazing comfort, stays put in my ears, more depth of sound, and more importantly top notch active noise canceling. The noise canceling has made my open concept office much more tolerable. I also love the touch controls which are so easy to use, especially now that I can turn anc on and off with them.

It's amazing to have the headphones recognize my voice and thru the Galaxy AI, it lowers my volume and then allows the pass-through volume to amplify. So cool to actively be listening to music and having it lower to talk to someone.

They never felt like a great fit, people would have a difficult time hearing me if I spoke softly. So I was eager to try the Bud Pro 4 and wow what a difference. They fit better, feel better and they fixed whatever was causing problems with the mic. I can wear them for long periods so I can use commands for texts and using Galaxy AI is a breeze. Nice job Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Buds4 Pro and I actually like them a lot. The sound is really clear and the bass hits nice but not too much. Everything just sounds smooth. The noise canceling is good too. It blocks out most background noise so I can actually focus or just enjoy my music. They’re comfortable, I can wear them for a while with no problem. And they connect to my phone super fast, no issues at all. Battery life is decent, I’m not constantly charging them so that’s a plus. Only thing is they are kinda expensive, and if you had the last ones it’s not a huge upgrade. But overall I like them. They just work and sound really good.

Something is terribly wrong with the case and has been since I got them. It works to charge the Buds whenever it wants to. I can't seem to figure out what makes the case actually charge the batteries, it literally works when it wants to. So sometimes my Buds have a charge, sometimes they don't. Yes I am using an Authent Samsung cord and charger.
