Customizing the features in the settings is particularly helpful. When traveling I can set the level of noise cancellation, so while I'm flying I can have it on high but while I'm walking around and interacting I can have it on low. I do find my phone calls are more clear and those on the receiving end tend to complain less of outside noise. The say they are using AI in the mics to process the outside noise and minimize it. The Bud controls are a little better than the previous version but there are no external lights on the Buds this time. I am not a huge audiofile guy when it comes to music so I can't tell a huge difference in quality over the previous Buds but according to the specs they've definitely upped the game. I find the battery life to be more than adequate for my needs. I don't fly for anymore than a couple of hours so I've yet to test the maximum battery life

The sound in my ears is clear and loud. The placement in my ears was a little weird at first but they didn't come out during my head shake test so that was a plus.

New Samsungs Buds4 Pro have good noise cancelation, bass and overall sound is good, and stay in my ear even when working out and running. This design/style of headphones usually don't stay in my ear long. I recommend these to anyone looking for some new headphones.

The ambient sound setting makes having conversations while wearing them super easy. The sound is great, noise cancelling is solid, and the buds stay in my ears. The case is an improvement over last generations. The only nitpick I have is that taking the buds out of the case is not as easy as it was on previous versions. It's due to how the buds are shaped. The trick is to grip the stems as high up as you can. This makes it easier. Users with smaller fingers likely will have no issues.

The updated design is so much easier to use and makes the controls much more easy to live with. And the case is better, having the stems easily available to grab and see through the clear top was a much needed improvement. The sound is great too, though they are not quite as nasty as the Buds 2 Pro.
