I was a little worried about how they would fit since normal ear buds fall out of my ears rather quickly and are uncomfortable. Trying these on I was impressed that they fit snug and were very comfortable I can safely wear them for 8 hours before I need to take them out. I haven't utilized the galaxy ai in them personally but my friend does and loves it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They last forever but the battery and that charge in the case at least charges it it feels like four or five times for those long trips it's one of the few buds that actually will stay in my ears just not exercising but just walking around doing normal daily things which is a really hard fine for me I love how you can adapt sound to your own personal hearing because we all hear different and really made a great product and have you find it I can't wait to the fives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds are way better than the previous ones but the battery doesn't seem to last long. I think the max range is 3 hrs 45 mins. The case is like a super fast charger but in the 10 mins they take to get a good 70-80% charge, you have to go without ear buds at the gym if still working out. I would've rated it a 5 star rating but the sound could be better. However, I would really recommend this product because it doesn't disappoint. Just sharing my feedback because the previous ear buds were made poorly. The ear bud 4 pros made up for previous model but need to be worked on for better sound and longer battery life. Having the lights like the previous model would've made them stand out way better.! I would recommend it as the ear bud 4 pros won't disappoint and must buy.!

The ability to have noise canelling or ambient sound and control the level in which you want it is a great feature. Really enjoying the AI features.

It's amazing to have the headphones recognize my voice and thru the Galaxy AI, it lowers my volume and then allows the pass-through volume to amplify. So cool to actively be listening to music and having it lower to talk to someone.

They feel lighter and slightly comfortable than my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. There are a ton of features available to use. would definitely recommend these earbuds!

The product was promising but ended up being a big disappointment. I bought it because of the alleged voice focus feature with the improved microphones to separate my background from my active voice. Instead, I am creeping around and can't have any sounds playing in my background because the other person on the call will hear and complains that it has streaking sounds or it sounds like rain. This is very frustrating, since the other qualities of the buds are good, but I really wanted a voice focus feature that could at least adequately block out my background. Even if a single car is driving past in the distance they can hear. Basically, it was promising but ended up being a big disappointment, especially for the price point at which i bought them for. Would not recommend if you need your background blocked out while on calls.
