[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of Pro Buds. They're an upgrade from the pro buds 3 in many ways. The look is unique without being unnecessarily designed or flashy. The spatial tracking is accurate and the voice updates about incoming calls and texts when away from my phone is helpful. I use mine predominantly as a noise reduction device while motorcycling. It's my preferred method of transportation so it happens almost daily. The 4 series with their design fit better under my full face helmet than the 3. Easily. I'm sure this wasn't an intention of the design but so far its been much easier to use and the sound quality, connectivity, and ease of use have all been superior. Very happy with all aspects of this product as usual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give these a full 5 stars however the gesture feature isn't available for my phone yet (S24 Ultra) sonthatvwas a disappointment because that was one of the main selling features for me. Otherwise it connects to my devices better and faster then with the 3s.

I wanted to have noise cancelation but also wanted the ability to quickly communicate with those around me. These offer a very smooth transition from noise cancelation to open communication. I have not tried out the galaxy AI feature but I look forward to using it this year when we visit Germany. I do find that switching to the next song and adjusting the volume are definitely more challenging than my other headphones. Hopefully that gets easier with use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had every galaxy bud pro model to date, bose quiet comfort, soundcore, and many other brands. These are the best yet by far! Sound is so well balanced and clear. They fit my ears perfectly right out of box and don't shake loose like the buds 3 pro did. The transparency when using is by far the closest to feeling like I'm not even wearing buds yet. I guess the AI is making the ambient noise and noise canceling amazing. Highly recommend!

I haven't used every feature yet, but so far they are very good. I have noticed the noise canceling is much better on the buds 4.
