The only PRO is the fitment. The audio is garbage. User sounds underwater most of the time. The Bluetooth connects half the time. The noise canceling is HORRENDOUS! I hear the surrounding better than i hear the user. It's just a terrible product released prematurely. It's obvious no R&D was conducted in the buds4 pro. NEXT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had airpods for the past couple of years and after decided to get the galaxy buds 4 pro the difference is surprising. I love the design of the case, the transparent cover is lovely in my opinion. I love the design of the ear buds. It's a bit longer than the airpods but once it's on my ear I dont notice a difference. The audio quality is really good after messing with the settings on it. After using it for a couple of days and messing with the settings it's one the great ear buds I have used so far. It doesn't hurt my ears at all and I haven't had any issues so far.

These buds work perfect with galaxy AI, I use them for live translation.

The galaxy ai works great to for the voice canceling, make me feel like I'm in my own world at the gym lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds are way better than the previous ones but the battery doesn't seem to last long. I think the max range is 3 hrs 45 mins. The case is like a super fast charger but in the 10 mins they take to get a good 70-80% charge, you have to go without ear buds at the gym if still working out. I would've rated it a 5 star rating but the sound could be better. However, I would really recommend this product because it doesn't disappoint. Just sharing my feedback because the previous ear buds were made poorly. The ear bud 4 pros made up for previous model but need to be worked on for better sound and longer battery life. Having the lights like the previous model would've made them stand out way better.! I would recommend it as the ear bud 4 pros won't disappoint and must buy.!

The product was promising but ended up being a big disappointment. I bought it because of the alleged voice focus feature with the improved microphones to separate my background from my active voice. Instead, I am creeping around and can't have any sounds playing in my background because the other person on the call will hear and complains that it has streaking sounds or it sounds like rain. This is very frustrating, since the other qualities of the buds are good, but I really wanted a voice focus feature that could at least adequately block out my background. Even if a single car is driving past in the distance they can hear. Basically, it was promising but ended up being a big disappointment, especially for the price point at which i bought them for. Would not recommend if you need your background blocked out while on calls.
