I find the control functions straight out of the box very straighforward and easy to get ahold of. Bluetooth connection was easy and quick to set up. Battery also lasts for a long time. I bought the Buds4 Pro along with the magsafe case, and I have no complaints.

Would be 5 stars but the voice commands is not working even though I connected Google and have bixby turned on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using earbuds of some sort for 30yrs and these are by far the best sounding, easiest to pair with the phone and the controls work like they should. I use these when mowing the grass and the noise canceling works fantastic. I also have these paired with my Galaxy watch ultra for when I go running in the morning and everything works seamlessly. Great job Samsung.

The design is much nicer than the pro 3s, the touchpad intuitively indicates where I need to press/slide, which was my main complaint with the 3s. The case feels higher quality, and looks nicer imo. Audio quality seems good, but really benefits from the bass boost. My favorite feature is the samsung galaxy integration, the volume slider on the pull down menu changes and you can tap and hold it to switch between noise canceling modes, equalizers, etc. The 360 sound with head tracking seems pretty gimmicky so far, when listening to a YouTube video the sound is definitely not smoothly tracking, but feels more like there are 8 directions or so.

The quality, the base, the clarity are all top notch. And the Galaxy Ai integration into the active noise cancelation is pure genius. I also love the responsiveness off Bixby when I use the wake-up command. Oh! The design is also so classy and special. I've never seen buds with a real metal exterior detail. Everyone i show them to love it.

Everything about the Buds4 Pro is beyond expectations and I already gave my Bose to the kiddo as there is absolutely no need to go backwards. I can watch movies on a bigger screen, draw with the SPen as well as being able to use fingerprint scanning, something I wasn't able to do on my tablet. I use the second screen feature with my laptop for multitasking, connecting my tablet with my phone is easy and simple, and I can answer calls and text whenever my phone is far from reach. Galaxy AI features are available and I love the Photo Assist, and AI select features to make beautiful edits. Must have if you want a low price option with High quality.
