Since it’s ceramic on the o side you do have to be careful with what utensils you use and also what dish detergents you use . They say dishwasher safe but with mild dish detergent . They heat up evenly and cook evenly. Really nice nonstick. Awesome for pancakes or even crepes.

I’ve been dreaming for to long to have a cookware set that’s not only beautiful but actually performs and the GreenPan Reserve Pro checks all the boxes. My cream set with gold handles is so beautiful that I actually leave a few on the stovetop for display because they are way too beautiful to hide. It adds luxury and elegance to my kitchen. I love the performance these pans deliver - heats evenly, cleans like a dream, and is toxin-free. It truly doesn’t stick, and cleaning is so easy everything just slides off. I love this cookware so much that it makes me want to cook more often now. This set was gifted to me for testing/reviewing purposes but opinions are my own.

The nonstick is amazing (nothing sticks!), they clean up easily, and the gold handles are sturdy and so stylish. I love that they're oven proof (lids too!). I was so excited to find healthy cookware for my kitchen. I bought multiple green pans. After a year of use they started chipping around the edge and handle attachment. I called William Sonoma, they said call the manufacturer. Green Pan said it’s normal wear and tear to have it flake off in your food but it doesn’t have BPAs in it! I just don’t feel comfortable with serving pan material in my families food.

This cookware set by Greenpan not only looks beautiful and luxurious, but it’s also PFAS-free for clean, non toxic cooking. These pans are scratch resistant and feel tough, so I’m confident they’ll last. And can we talk about the hardware?! It’s a beautiful gold color, that looks very high end and durable. The package also came with a silicone spatula and spoon as well as felt pieces that you can safely stack the pots and pans with to store them. Additionally there is a special sponge to clean anything that gets stuck. The first test I did was the egg test - I needed to know if I could easily fry an egg over easy without it sticking or breaking apart. The frying pan passed with flying colors. I used only a bit of oil and was able to just tilt the pan and swirl the egg around. I’m so impressed with this set and can’t wait to continue using each pot and pan.
