But still semolina pancake turned out great. I would highly recommend this pan . Heat distribution was good did not burn it. Good price and can’t wait to get different pan size .

What’s even better is they clean up nice and easy, the sizes are perfect for cooking small and large things. They seem to be well made as well, when I used them to look it seemed very even in temp and nothing over cooked. Highly recommend these for cooking, your kitchen will look amazing with this addition.

The matte finish with gold-accented handles makes them feel like part of my kitchen design rather than something I tuck away - and they match seamlessly with the rest of my kitchenware. Performance-wise, they’re foolproof. The nonstick surface is truly reliable - I can make a French omelette with zero sticking and effortless release every single time. Heat distribution is even, clean-up is simple, and I love knowing the costing is PFAS-free. They’re not just cookware; they’re display-worthy pieces that make daily cooking feel more elevated.

Great pan for cooking as long as you follow the directions and use only medium low heat. Be very careful the top edge just chipped very easily. I have a brand new set and they’re chipped all around. Additionally, the outside will discolored if you are not very careful about the flame diameter on gas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying how beautiful this set is the color oyster is so pretty the pearl color on the inside and pale pink almost gray it’s so unique. I have been using these nonstop since I received them. Nothing sticks I made honey garlic chicken, fish, vegetables, pancakes everything cooks evenly. I did follow the quick tips preheating and using silicone utensils as I want to preserve them as long as I can. No warping so far and I have cooked multiple meals. Clean up is a breeze all I used was a soft sponge and everything just melts off easily. I of course recommend green pan frying pans to everyone you will love these. I love the nonstick ceramic coating and I am really happy to add it to my collection of larger GreenPan pans. I love how effectively and evenly it cooks, and how food doesn't stick to it. It's also easy to clean and great for frying eggs or other smaller items.

These non-toxic pans were gifted to me and I am very impressed with the high quality and craftsmanship. The nonstick is amazing (nothing sticks!), they clean up easily, and the gold handles are sturdy and so stylish. I love that they're oven proof (lids too!). As a member of the GreenPan kitchen team, I tested this product and I’m excited to share my review. I absolutely love my Reserve Pro set in Twilight! The color is gorgeous and gives my kitchen such a clean, elevated look. What really stood out to me too are the newly redesigned lids. They sit more securely, feel sturdier, and do such a great job of locking in moisture and flavor while cooking. Of course, the nonstick is amazingggg — super slick, easy to clean, and I love that it’s PFAS-free. I've used the set for everything from pasta dishes to sautéed veggies, and it performs beautifully every time. Reserve Pro really feels like a refined, thoughtful upgrade — I can’t wait for others to try it!

Jane been using this consistently for the past month and it is my favorite egg pan now, absolutely non stock and cooks the eggs perfectly and evenly with super easy clean up. I have other, more expensive pans in the cabinet but this one has become my go to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying I’m very happy with this product. Packaging was decent but not a huge deal for me. The pans themselves are noticeably premium and the non stick is crazy good. The handles are beautiful and the pan itself is sturdy. Having a pan that’s not leeching chemicals in your food is key for me and so is quality/logeveity. This seems to be the perfect product for that. Ceramic pans are usually thinner, cheap handle and the material only lasts less than a year before becoming noticeably worse. I assume this product will last much longer. The ceramic coating itself isn’t that light color with the flakes in it either. It’s all one solid color and everything danced around the pan. Oh and this pan can get real hot before getting damaged which his also crazy for a ceramic pan.
