[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Samsung music frame along with our Samsung Frame TV a few months ago and it works without any issues, and was very easy to setup and link the the TV for the Q-Symphony sound feature. I rated it a 4 since the actual frame is sort of an unusual size (square 7x7 or so) which isn't really a standard picture size. Also while it comes with Alexa as its digital assistant, I prefer Google Home and therefore don't use the digital assistant much on the frame.

The frame connects to my 50" TV via Wi-Fi and creates so called Q-Symphony - Samsung's surround sound. The sound is excellent, a bit on bass side, but good. Sadly I practically never use the frame as a speaker - the thing looses it's connectivity periodically, acting super unreliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great clean design , 4K music, and frame very easy to set up. Was skeptical because it’s not an LCD screen that can upload photos, but excellent speakers sound quality and you can print out your own photos to use. work correctly with my Frame TV.

However, the sound is comparable to a much larger speaker. I wish for the price they were sold in sets of two so they could be used as a stereo pair or surround speaker set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like these music frames. I bought two. On their own they are fine speakers. However I got them to pair with my Samsung oled. I heard about Q symphony and how you would be immersed in total surround sound... Q symphony was an easy setup. Then I say back to enjoy alien romulus in full Q symphony surround sound.... Unfortunately there wasn't any...a very faint sound was coming out of the music frames... I tried everything nothing worked.... Then I read the other reviews..... Anyways a big disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this mainly for when we're streaming movies or watching DiretTV or Apple TV, it's also used for gaming & YouTube Music. Sound quality and ease of set up has been great. No issues. Would purchase again.

The sound coming out of the Music Frame is decent. We use it as rear speaker for as part of the Q-Symphony with our Samsung Frame TV and Samsung Slim Bar.

It helps me to keep my lived ones nearby, no matter how far our distance, and to display their photos conveniently, without the need of bulky frames and too much space taken. It looks sleek and it's versatile for functioning any room! The sound quality is amazing for a tiny device too! Everyone needs this on their wishlist and in their home! It would make an excellent gift!!!
