[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about how crisp a speaker disguised as a picture frame could sound, but the three-way speaker setup delivers incredibly distinct audio. Vocals are sharp and centered without sounding tinny, while high notes and acoustic details come through with crystal-clear precision. When paired over BT with my TV, the movie experience goes up many folds without any wires. Even at higher volumes or with heavy bass tracks, the mids and highs don't get muddy or pushed aside. Best Audio device I would say I have purchased.

This speaker works and sounds great, and is hanging on my gallery wall with my Frame TV. I love having the option of changing the images. I had some difficulty synchronizing to my TV, and called support. They were not as helpful as I would've liked, and they advised me to just connect with bluetooth which doesn't give you the option for Q-Symphony. I later played around and changed the setting to automatically change the frequency to my TV to match the Music Frame. Now that it's all set up, I'm not regretting those purchase.

I purchased the Samsung Music Frame last year for my dressing room/content studio, and it has honestly been one of my favorite additions to the space. The sound quality absolutely blew me away, especially the bass. I could not believe that much sound was coming out of something that looks like a picture frame! It fills the room beautifully without having a traditional speaker sitting out and taking away from the look of the space. One of my favorite features is being able to change the picture whenever I want. I can switch it out to match my room, my mood, or whatever look I'm going for, and it still just looks like part of the decor. The funniest part is that for probably the first eight months I owned it, people would come into the room and have absolutely NO idea where the music was coming from. 😂 Watching their faces when I finally told them the "picture frame" was actually the speaker was priceless. Everyone is surprised by how good it sounds. The only small downside I've experienced is that the wireless connectivity can occasionally be a little spotty. However, when it's connected properly, especially when connected directly to the source, the sound is fantastic. Overall, I absolutely love my Music Frame. It gives me the sound quality I wanted without having a speaker that looks like a speaker, and it's such a fun conversation piece when people finally figure out what it is. Definitely one of those products that's both functional AND genuinely cool.

They also blend in nicely with the aesthetic of The Frame TV, which is a big plus. My biggest disappointment is that Samsung doesn't allow multiple Frame speakers to be used together for TV audio. It seems like a missed opportunity, especially for customers who want a fuller, room-filling sound without adding a traditional surround sound system. The hardware is capable, but the software limitations hold it back. If Samsung enabled support for using multiple Frame speakers simultaneously with TV audio, these would easily earn five stars. I honestly do not use them as much due to this

For the life of me, I cannot get this thing to work. It will not coordinate with my sound bar at all. I thought it was because I had a frame TV and soundbar that are older than two years So that the frame would not work with them. But I did download the Q sound and also the App, But they still won't play at the same time. My daughter, who has a new frame TV and sound bar has the frame speaker and it doesn't work either. So I'm not sure what's going on with it but Neither of us can get this thing to coordinate. I'm not sure I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I misinterpreted what this actually was. I assumed it was an active Digiti picture Frame with BT Music. My fault completely, but certainly something Samsung should look into producing. An Aura Frame where you can share photos and BT audio would be excellent. I'll go back to Aura and buy a BT speaker.
