Great speakers for living space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality is surprisingly good especially when you pair two of them together. They also work really well with Q Symphony set up with my Samsung TV and 4K Blu-ray player. Would be cool to get two more to add for rear surrounds in the future I like that Samsung gives you flexibility in that regard. These also look great next to my TV in the living room and are definitely wife approved as they don’t take up much space and have multiple ways of customizing the frame and placement is a huge bonus!

The upgrade I’ve been waiting for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connectivity with q-symphony is above what I expected. Finally with the recent updates I am able to utilize a soundbar connected to both music frames providing crisp and full sound immersion. Sound is perfect and clear and fully integrated with the Samsung products!

Impressive 🎶 music reproduction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and Listen to a lot of Smooth Jazz.We really enjoy the sound of this speaker and the inconspicuous profile. The sound reproduction is clear and distinct with the speaker reproducing impressive bass notes. I'm quite impressed with the way it integrates with all our phones and tablets.

Awesome speaker with shockingly great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This music frame has such a great look and even more impressive is the sound. It can easily fill a large room without the sound getting distorted. I rarely never have the audio above 30% in my 150 sqft office because, frankly 30% does wonders. And with it being the Frame, you can obviously change out the image, so we used this at my son's 1st bday party with a great, fitting picture of him. Even though it's easy to change out the photos, I think this is the one for us for a good while. All in all, it's awesome, highly recommend, and I just wish I had a second to test it out with our Frame TV.

The Tech That Doesn’t Look Like Tech (And Sounds A

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my Samsung Music Frame! If you want great sound without cluttering your room with ugly black boxes and wires, this is the perfect solution. It is honestly one of the coolest pieces of tech I’ve bought in years. Why I’m obsessed: It’s Invisible Audio: Guests literally have no idea where the music is coming from until I point it out. It looks exactly like a modern picture frame (I swapped in a photo of my dog, and it looks great!). It blends perfectly into my gallery wall. The Sound is Shockingly Good: I expected "okay" sound for a picture frame, but this thing actually pumps! The bass is surprisingly punchy, and the vocals are crystal clear. It easily fills the room, and the Dolby Atmos support gives it a really wide, immersive feel. Samsung Ecosystem Magic: Since I have a Samsung TV, the Q-Symphony feature is a game-changer. It syncs the Frame with my TV speakers so the sound feels like it's coming from everywhere. It makes movie nights so much better without needing a massive soundbar. So Easy to Use: Streaming is effortless. Whether I’m using my phone or TV, it works instantly. Bottom line: It’s the perfect mix of style and substance. If you hate the look of speakers but love music, just buy it. You won’t regret it!

Big sound hidden in plain sight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got two Music Frames when I got a soundbar and frame TV. I use them primarily as surround sound speakers complimenting the main soundbar at the TV. They are incredible and the sound is amazing. I was stunned at the sound these things produce with full dynamic range. One thing to keep in mind is the WiFi connectivity requires them to be on the 2.4 frequency of the WiFi. I had to purchase a separate extender device for my home network and set the Samsung stuff to log into this new 2.4 WiFi only for the devices to work correctly. I also disabled the auto-off feature in the device to keep them in hot standby by. The devices were not reliably turning on automatically with the TV and forced me to manually turn on the devices when I wanted to use them. Overall, I highly recommend these devices if you’re looking for big sound without running audio cables.

Good idea, bad execution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 music frames which I try to use with our S90D tv through Q-Symphony. 90% of the time they fail to connect. They are all locked into the same WiFi access point which is less than 3 ft from all components. When they do work the sound is amazing. Re-pairing is a mess and often it removes the device from our Samsung app and I have to wait a few hours before I can add it back. If I allow automatic updates on the devices they become completely unusable again after every update and have to be re-paired.

Hi Mach007, Thank you for taking a moment to review the Samsung Music Frame. I’m sorry for the frustration you’re experiencing. To improve stability when using two Music Frames with your S90D TV via Q-Symphony, try power-cycling the TV, both Music Frames, and your router, then reconnect everything. Make sure all devices are signed into the same Samsung account in the SmartThings app and are connected to the same Wi-Fi band. If needed, factory reset and re-add each Music Frame one at a time in SmartThings, then enable Q-Symphony from the TV’s sound settings. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST (Ask for Soundbars), 7 days a week. Live Chat with an agent as well as manuals, software, creating a service ticket, and warranty info can be found at the ‘Support’ link on our Samsung website. ~ Samsung Solutions

Nope

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These suck. The sound from the TV is better. When we turn them on there is an echo, so freaking annoying. I wish the matting on the picture was something that you could change so it doesn't have to always be white. We have a frame tv and didn't want a sound bar so we just use the tv with no extra sound.

Hello Cnuthall, We appreciate you taking a moment to review the Samsung Music Frame. First thing: update the software. The latest Music Frame software includes improvement to the sound. The easiest way to update is by using the SmartThings app, select the Music Frame, then tap the 3 dots in the upper right and select Information. From here you can select to update the software. Second, use Adaptive sound mode. It automatically adjusts the sound based on the content which makes it “set and forget”. However, if you are only using the Music Frame for music, I like Music sound mode for its clarity and faithful reproduction. If using for listening to vocals (like podcasts, news, etc.,) I like Voice Enhancement mode. Finally, there are “tweaks” you can make to tailor the sound to your taste. First, turn on SpaceFit sound so your Music Frame can adjust to your room acoustics, then go to the Equalizer and adjust the lows/high/mids to your taste. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, Mon – Fri 8 AM – 9 PM EST, Sat & Sun 8 AM – 6 PM EST.
