[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving the Samsung Music Frame! Upon unboxing, everything was neatly wrapped and the frame was secure and free from damage. The frame is heavy and a nice quality and comes with a stand or you can wall mount the frame. The box included a frame but you could add your own photos and change out the frame option if you wanted to in the future. Connecting the frame to my Samsung phone was a breeze. I did have a harder time trying to connect my 2024 Samsung TV to the frame using the Q-Symphony function (never quite figured out how to get that to work) but I was able to connect it via wifi and bluetooth with no problems. The sound from the Dolby Atmos sound feature was clear, crisp and loud! I am happy using this as my main speaker when streaming music in my open living area space. Way to go Samsung!

Every time I look at the picture in this frame and hear the music, the memory is brought back so much better than before, and I start to tear up. None of my other pictures make the memories come back so clearly to me. I most definitely am happy I decided to go for it and get this product!

Striking frames with good sound that emits from a surprisingly shallow form factor. Beware if you wall mount, you need to hit stud or have a support crossbeam in wall. They are heavy. I may just install on a shelf. The quibbles: Expensive alternate bezels and no digital picture frame. Samsung, you have the tech!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soundboard I AMAZING. I'm not totally sure how Samsungdid this but,, it somehow almost makes it sound like a whole surround sound system! AND when someone came over and I had a movie on they were so confused. They said, and I quote, "Wow, your TV's audio is amazing. What kind of TV is that?" Because the sound bar is so thin and discreet they didn't even see it set up under the front of the TV! Yet another easy to use, quality product from Samsung.

Sound is rich and deep and definitely gives the impression of a larger, more powerful room filling speaker. I thoroughly enjoy listening to it. My only reason for the 4 star was the frame style form factor that limits it's potential but works well to disguise the speaker itself. Great idea, Samsung!!

It helps me to keep my lived ones nearby, no matter how far our distance, and to display their photos conveniently, without the need of bulky frames and too much space taken. HUGE miss that this won't collaborate with my 2023 TV and 2022 sound bar. Originally wanted to set as the rear speaker to compliment my Q800B sound bar but requires a 2024 TV AND sound bar to do so? Give me a break. A simple software update can't resolve this? Hard to believe. Would be absolutely perfect if able to work with devices from even just a year ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I joyfully ordered a pair of these thinking they'd be an awesome way to provide stereo sound to a room or even as Q-symphony front speakers in my home theater. Neither worked as I had hoped and I'm pretty confident Samsung was aware of this before they began marketing these with next to no easily available information about their lack of capability in this area. Essentially, they buried this lack of capability... and still do. I mean, how hard would it be to list a disclaimer saying "No stereo option with Q-symphony when run along side a soundbar."? When I run one speaker on a stand, the sound is Meh. I haven't mounted on wall yet, but I'm hoping the sound may improve for some weird reason. All in all, probably the biggest waste of money I've ever spent on Samsung product. Very disappointed. Still in their ecosystem (just bought new dryer), but looking to move on if they continue to just get more greedy. Over-priced product that really doesn't improve my life is becoming the norm.
