[Employee of ge_appliances] This is a fantastic product. Creates a surprising amount of smoke, is intuitive to navigate the settings, and is easy to clean. The suggested recipes in the guide are also really good! Now, the capacity is limited, which should be expected given it is a counter-top appliance. However, this is no reason to dock it stars, as this is an incredible appliance. You won't regret the purchase!

Not even a month in and it’s stuck in preheat mode

so easy set and forget then get text just before the food is ready…no smoke except in the food!

Doesn’t want to work , won’t preheat or heat up at all
