[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome smoker! I own a full sized oklahoma joes pellet smoker and this thing performed quite well for its size and application. For those who say the smoke flavor isn't as robust, try oak, hickory or mesquite pellets because the ribs I've made had plenty of smoke flavor.

Unit was easy to use , read directions in order to properly prime smoke unit. Easy to clean as well. It obviously will have a residual smoke order, but a lot of foods do when you cook. Highly recommended this unit , quality, looks, design, and ease of use.

I've used it 3 times so far, worked great everytime. The capacity is a little smaller than I thought, but it still hold temperature well. Seems to be built well and is easy to use. The controls are nice, especially the app. So far it's doing exactly what I wanted it to so far.

Same as many others STUCK in PREHEAT mode at 85%. Unfortunately out of warranty. Resetting from the power for 5 minutes did not help. It was good when it worked, but unfortunately did not last. Also cavity enamel was bubbling fro the first week of use.

This smoker is now my favorite kitchen appliance. It makes easy week day dinners for 2 without sacrificing flavor! No need to fire up the big outdoor pellet smoker in the winter! I even reverse seared filet mignons using the smoker for flavor first then an iron skillet on the stove

Great appliance! Good for apartments that don’t allow open fire grills or smokers. Adequate size and performance is awesome. No smoke escapes, in fact hardly smell it while cooking. Would recommend to anyone wanting a smaller smoker and the convenience of doing it indoors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great product if you know how to smoke food and you will have right exception. This appliance has can reach maximum temperature of 300F, not replacement of OVEN. So it's not a design to replace a charcoal or pellet grill which use for high temperature cooking (searing) and introduce smoke flavor. This is really replacement of a slow cook smoker which allow you smoke indoor. What you excepting is a serval hours of cooking time just like in traditional smoker process. Make sure you insert the prob correctly, set temperature low. Do not trust internal receipt or settings, check the real receipt online. The capacity is not large, but good enough for 2-3 people. For example, Smoke a St.Louis Ribs take around 2-3 hours which similar on a traditional pellet smoker. Remove the silver skin and set temp to 275F. Insert prob between Ribs (parallels to rib, so insert from side). Wait internal temp to go 205F and hold that temperature for 1 hour. (reduce temp to 205 after internal temp reach, switch to timer 1 hour timer mode). You will get excellent quality of smoke rib. If you looking for cooking steak with charcoal or pellet flavor, this device is not design for that (maybe reverse Searing will work). Downside. As expect, it's a GE product and their software team not that great. They work with another company to create a crappy apps that require login, no local only control, have to go though server, And the App keep promoting ads, so it's basically spamming on you. And App do not use native UI elements, so it's look like a junk. (GE is not tech company) But this appliance work perfectly with you network features. GE should really bundle with tech company to build great app that match the quality of appliance. Once you have correct exceptions, You can really enjoy this device and high quality smoke result. This device is for one who know how to smoke food in traditional way but do not have outdoor access.
