Secondly it works better then a traditional smoker and is so much easier to use. I have already made a brisket and chicken wings. Both have been super tasty and I got more compliments on these 2 then anything I ever made before. I would definitely recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this counter top wood smoker because it’s very easy to use. One thing I don’t like about it though is that I do smell a wood smell throughout my house when I am using it. I feel like that kind of defeats it’s purpose because I thought you wouldn’t smell the smoke in the house. I also noticed with this Vs a regular smoker the Smokey flavor didn’t penetrate the food completely. I actually like that because when I have tried to smoke cheese usually it taste too strong but with this ge smoker it was just the right amount of Smokey. All in all if your not able to have a full size smoker and don’t mind a Smokey smell while using this is a great alternative.

Absolutely love my GE Profile Smoker (Arden). I use it multiple times a week and it does a decent job. Mind you this does not replace or beat a real smoker, but for indoor and ease of use, it has a nice smoke profile on the meats and it does not get much easier than this device. I knocked off 1 star because my first one was defective, and my second one has a knob which turns really roughly.

The smoker works awesome; has great features the app works well, is a decent capacity for what it is…HOWEVER the cord is too short and with how hot the exterior of the thing gets it will make vinyl coverings on cupboards peel if it’s within 5 inches and even though it’s pretty smokeless it will leave smoke rings on the walls where your pictures hang or furniture was, maybe in a house setting it won’t but in a small apartment it definitely does.

Food smoked in the indoor smoker is on par with my outside pellet smoker. Way more convenient that smoking outside, set and forget. Raining?, cold outside?, too hot outside?, have other things to do and can't be attending the smoker for hours? doesn't matter. You can smoke your ribs comfortably inside while you do other things.

It works well with wifi and the app. I love smoking food but hate going outside in the cold to do it. This totally eliminates the problem since it's in the house. The food tastes great! I have smoked whole chickens and beef roasts so far. I really liked the wood pellets that came with it. The recipe book was very helpful also. I absolutely love this I door smoker!! I encourage anyone who loves smoked meat and easy cooking to purchase this.

I recently purchased this indoor smoker that not only looks fantastic, but cooks fantastic as well. The technology, including wifi and the SmartHQ app, make it incredibly easy to use. One of the most impressive features is that it truly produces no smoke, yet the smoky flavor is amazing. I highly recommend this smoker to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line cooking experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This indoor smoker has changed the things we are able to eat during the cold winter months here. We are now able to smoke meats indoors, without the smoke, just the sweet, sweet smell of smoked food. This smoker is very simple to set up, get the app all set up, and ready to start the first smoking job, with the ease of the app and the instructions included, we were ready to begin in no time! There are 5 adjustable smoke settings, and 6 preset settings for this smoker, the preset options are nice for the beginner smoker, and the 5 adjustable settings are great for a person who has experience, and wants to experiment to get their perfect flavor. The pellets are very simple to use, and not many are required for each use, it is very efficient, and a lot less used than with an outdoor smoker. The pellets are collected in a water tank making clean up a breeze, as you let them cool and throw them out. The drip pan is very simple to clean as well, just wipe it out, then wipe clean with dish soap. The 3 racks, are also not hard to clean, as they can be soaked, and food comes right off. The built in temperature probe is very handy, as it is always updating the app with the temp of the food, as well as it is very simple to use without the app to see the temp of the food. The pulled pork that we had smoked turned out fantastic with this smoker, better than we ever imagined, the flavor was perfect, not strong, and definitely not weak. The pork pulled apart with ease, had the perfect smoked color, and flavor. The smoker is the depth of a normal size counter, after it cooled down, we cleaned it, we have it stored in the cabinet, as to not take up all our counter space. The smoker, does provide a strong smoking smell into our home, it is not vented out very well, making our home smell like a firepit. Overall the food smoked is great, flavor is amazing, easy set up, wonderful app control, we have no complaints!
