I prefer the pill collagen to the powder, I really like that it has 5 different types of collagen plus the other ingredients. I don't have the best diet and I know I'm missing a lot of nutrients. I feel great since starting about a week ago.

Really nice packaging, and I'm a sucker for nice packaging. Easy to open, easy to swallow. No funky aftertaste. Have been wanting to try a collagen supplement for awhile now so we will see how it works! So far so good. Good value, too.

It helped with knee pain. I just wish I would have to take only one pill but it requires 3 pills to get the recommended dose. Pills are large but easy to swallow.

I received the multi collagen capsules. I enjoyed that it covered many types of collagen and how well they worked. Only negative they are rather on the large side, but could be broken and put into your drink.
