I have been looking for collagen capsules and I decided to go with Sports Research Multi Collagen Complex with Vitamin C. Since I started to work out this has helped with increase muscle mass and I have not noticed my joints aching anymore.

I've been using these capsules for about a month now. No weird after tastes or anything with this product as I've found in others. I would definitely recommend.

These are pretty good. They're much bigger than I was imagining, but seem high quality. I wouldn't get them again, but that's only because I love the Sports Research powder collagen in my morning smoothie so I'm going to stick with that!
