I got these to help with joint pain and to help with my skin, hair and nails. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed too much of a change, but I am hoping for improvements.

These are the perfect size capsules not too hard to swallow I've been using Ez for about a month now I will have to say they are by far the easiest counsel to take this is something I will be purchasing again

I take them with my breakfast. They are easy to take. I have not had a problem. I would highly recommend. I feel that my skin is a lot tighter and brighter.

I like the concept of collagen capsules rather than powder. With powder, I felt like the flavor was overwhelming in coffee and smoothies. The capsules are a great alternative!
