These multi collagen capsules were a decent size. Easy to swallow which is a big plus for me. I'm hoping to get great results from using these pills as I do need for my hair.

These vitamins are capsules and are a little big but I have no problem taking them with plenty of water (one by one because the serving size is 3 a day). They don't have a weird smell to them either. I would recommend!

I love the benefits of collegian but don't always want to stir it in some sort of liquid to drink. These collegian pills make it so easy to take collagen. The pills are a little big but still easy enough to take.

I haven't noticed too many differences. I can't say for certain if my skin is more clear, but my hair does seem a bit healthier. It doesn't seem to get as frizzy as often either!
