I do add more water into the bottle or cup than the 16 ounces but it does help me drink more water! I even take the packets when we travel! Easy to pack and easy to use while driving or flying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting right to it, this is a powdered drink mix made for ‘to-go’ water bottle mixing. The flavor profile is exactly what you’d expect in a sports/hydrating drink mix, which is the flavoring with a sort of salty punch to it. I do like that it is sugar-free and doesn’t have a bunch of unnecessary coloring, artificial or natural. It looks like a cloudy whitish color. I mixed it in a medium drinking glass but it’s pretty strong so I’d stick with your 20 oz or more bottles to get the dilution right. The smell is spot-on but the actual taste isn’t quite hitting it. Oddly, the aftertaste is better somehow. It’s good but it’s not so good that it’s on the top of my drink list. I do know this brand is reliable (my sister swears by it) and still a great healthy option to boost hydration so I think I’ll at least try other flavors too, see if something else hits my tastebuds just right. Taste is super subject to personal preference so I’d still recommend this. It hits the spot in ice cold water but doesn’t taste weird when I got busy and forgot to finish it before it got room temp. It definitely has the sherbet notes but if you’re a sherbet fan, it might not hit as good as you want it to. Try it anyway; it’s still better than a lot of the alternatives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rainbow Sherbet Sugar Free - This is absolutely the BEST flavor I’ve had of the Liquid IV! I have tried several and before my favorite was the Sugar Free Lemon Lime. I feel like this does a great job tasting like rainbow sherbet, it is tropical, tart and sweet all at the same time without sugar! I always feel more hydrated after drinking water with liquid IV and I appreciate the added vitamins because I’m sure I don’t get enough of them as is! I hope Liquid IV keeps this as a permanent flavor!

I like the idea of liquid IV to help keep you hydrated and the sugar free concept still keeps it healthy. Overall I really like this product the only con is it does give off a really salty taste but if you add more water then the recommendation then that seems to help.

I personally dont like very intense flavored water, so I use half a packet in a big cup of ice water.
