I started drinking LIQUID IV to make sure that I stay hydrated during my breastfeeding journey. Not only is the flavor delicious but it helps me stay hydrated throught out the day! I also enjoy that fact that I do not have to stress about ingredients as they are very minimal and basic. I am not making this a recommendation or a need for breastfeeding, this simply helps me stay hydrated as I do not enjoy drinking water as much.

Reminds me of eating rainbow sherbet as a kid. Always my fave! this flavor does not disappoint! I have low sodium levels and my Doctor suggested Liquid I. V. This is my favorite flavor and it does not taste too salty. Highly recommend.

I've really enjoyed the Liquid I. V. Sugar-Free mandarin orange—it's a convenient way to stay hydrated without the added sugar. The flavor is refreshing and not too salty or too sweet, making it easy to drink throughout the day whether I'm working, traveling, or exercising. It mixes quickly, tastes great, and has become a regular part of my daily routine.

This is the only thing that helps my chronic dehydration! It's the perfect amount of sodium with no sugar, which is perfect for me since I'm diabetic. I love this flavor more than any other, it's a perfect balance of sweet and tart and I love that I can control the strength of the flavor just by adding or subtracting a bit of water. I take these with me wherever I go because they are secure in the convenient packaging so I never worry about powder getting everywhere. Worth the price, but almost always on sale anyways!

The rainbow sherbet is the best flavor (in my opinion). I like how it's sugar free but you can't really tell it's sugar free. Last year I had to give up soda because of my kidneys and I hate plain water so this is the flavor I use daily for the electrolytes. Super convenient in the lil pouches, easy to grab and go. Always have a Stanley full with this flavor.

I'm not a fan of this flavor; its just a bit muddled versus refreshing. I bought in bulk, so I just mix 1 pack of RS & 1 pack of another flavor in my 60oz water jug. It helps me get the electrolytes I need, while not wasting the product. AGAIN, it's not horrible. Just not my vibe.

The flavor is good, but the fake sugar aftertaste makes it unpleasant. The ring pop flavor doesn't have this issue but rainbow sorbet for some reason does. I wish they would make a sugar version because it's an otherwise good flavor. Sad

I'm a huge fan of rainbow sherbet but this IV hydration flavor is nothing near that flavor. I'm quite surprised it has a 4.7 rating. The peach sugar free flavor is the best in my opinion.
