I didn't like the after taste of these. Also makes my sweat smell. I didn't like the taste or smell. I'm glad that I did get to try them for a period of time but they just are not for me.

No disgusting taste and the size is small which is.easy to swallow. The pill is with astaxanthin, which is good. I take one pill after I have my breakfast. I like that the pills do not leak. My eyes, knees, skin quality have been benefited.
