I've been taking Superba 2 Krill Oil for a month now and between the quality source of oil and the Astaxanthin I definitely recommend this even if you already take fish oil. My hair and skin love it even though I usually suffer dry winter skin and hair. Also, my creaky joints feel great and aren't creaking and popping after 1 month! Love how small the gel is too. Definitely sticking with Superba2! Highly recommend!

That said, I like this supplement. Easy to take. I like taking a supplement to keep my blood thin. This will do the trick. I have no side effects from it. How well it works till take some time to see. So far, so good.
