For me, I used it to create a delicious Fish Filet Sandwich. The instructions are easy to understand and make the Filet a perfect crispiness. I recommend using an air fryer for the best results. The filets are very crispy on the outside but still very moist and flaky on the inside. I really enjoy the portion size and pack as it provides many meals in a single bag. I love how easy these are to throw in the oven and whip up some homemade tartar sauce and you have dinner like that! I love the large size bag which is super handy for our family and being resealable keeps the fillets fresh. Tonight we had these fish fillets with rice and beans, and a few days ago a delicious fish and chips dinner! I made them in an air fryer, but they work with an oven, too. We paired them with French fries, and it tied the whole meal together. Reminds me of Captain D's, but at home! They're actual fish fillets and not just grounded up and coated with batter.
