Easy to Cook
Enjoy a deliciously fresh meal that is prep-free, mess-free, and stress-free! Simply heat fish in a conventional oven until fully cooked, or cook in an air fryer for a crunchier bite. From freezer to table with minimal effort, these fillets are designed for convenience. Bake in a conventional oven until hot and crispy, or cook in an air fryer for an extra crunchy finish. No prep, no mess, no stress.
Cooking Directions
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 20-22 minutes total. Flip after 12 minutes. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended.
Air Fryer Directions
1. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
2. Fry fillets at 400 degrees F for 9-11 minutes.
(Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Loved the flavor and convenience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely loved the flavor. quality and convenience that these fish fillets have, you just throw them on the air fryer and boom, 12 minutes, they're done, so crispy and smelling like a fisheria. We made some chinese fried rice to accompany it and the bag is not even half empty yet, the size each piece is makes a great portion with just a few. One bag will go a long way and the price is very convenient too.
What a catch - crispy and delicious fish fillets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am addicted to these! This was my first time trying the Gorton's classic crispy-battered fish fillets. The bag is resealable which is perfect for reuse in the freezer. These are wild caught Alaskan pollock fillets and the sizes are a perfect combination of batter and fish ratio. I chose to air fry these per the instructions, and they turned out fantastic! They are not oily or greasy, but a really nice golden crisp that is crunchy and the fish is soft which impressed me! It does have a little more sodium than I would like. The bag is large and worth the price, so you can easily have multiple portions or share with friends and family. You can eat these by themselves, or make them part of a meal like the salad that I made. Overall, I really enjoyed these and would highly consider buying these on my own dime :)
Great on the go fillet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a very harsh food critic but he gave these a go! They are not as crispy as I thought but the cooking time was easy, I even put them in for a bit longer and the breading came out great. You get a really good mouth feel without it being overly oily just the perfect amount we give it a 8/10 I'd definitely recommend with tartar sauce
