I just threw a few in my air fryer and in 15 minutes they were golden brown and crispy. There is hardly any oiliness and the texture is crispy breading and delicious flakey fish on the inside. I will definitely be repurchasing these again!

I like the resealable bag as it makes them last longer in the freezer. They were nice and crunchy, made with real fish. I feel that they could be a bit larger as those were closer to fish sticks than filets. They tasted alright but lacked on the flavor profile. I had to doctor mine up with some extra seasonings.

My only minor critique is regarding the portion size after baking. I noticed that the fillets shrank quite a bit during the cooking process. While the 54 oz bag contains a generous amount (28 fillets), you will likely need to factor in that shrinkage and prepare an extra piece or two per person to ensure a filling meal, but the cost is worth the price for the flavor despite the shrinkage.

The smell is very yummy, batter stays on and when you bite in to it the flakiness of the fish is on point , very good on salt , when you cleanup the cooking sheets it's not sticking , cook time is fast !
