They are small for a fillet so I made 2 pieces for each of us. They have the perfect flavor and texture and a fresh taste. A really good value for the price and size of the package.

I was able to feed my family with it, I just put a few extra sides with it and it was a meal. The preparation of these were super simple. Half I put in the oven and the other half I put in the air fryer to see the difference and the consistency were about the same for both. I do prefer the air fryer over the oven. They wasn't too fishy and most definitely not bland like the fish sticks from the past. There was light oil that came from cooking, be overall these were very good.
