Because it is heavy on my hair, it does not give me volume. I have noticed that my hair has less split ends since using this system. I don't wash my hair everyday as I have psoriasis on my scalp, so I do not get any build up with this product. This product also does not irritate my psoriasis.

I feel like you try a decent amount of product and you don't need to use much to cover the hair but I just feel like I could get better results from my regular drugstore shampoo and conditioner.
