I put some in my hand and it would only cover the area that I directly put it. Overall it conditions your hair and doesn't smell horrible. You will definitely be out of the conditioner before the shampoo.

The scent doesn't last long, however. I have extremely oily hair, so I'm always worried about using add-ins, but this did not leave my hair or scalp feeling greasy or weighed down at all. I have noticed less shedding while blow drying. But I go through phases of shedding, so I can't confidently say it was solely because of the serum. Either way, I plan to continuously use and would re-purchase!
