So after washing and drying my hair, I apply this root serum, massaging it gently. It has a nice smell, it's not greasy and it leaves my scalp invigorated and fresh. It is to early to say whether is effective or not, because treatments for hair need time, hopefully I will be seeing less shedding and baby hairs soon! Packaging is absolutely elegant and feels luxurious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Pantene Miracles line so much. I suffer from psoriasis and Graves’ disease which both cause hair loss. Within a few weeks I was seeing new growth which was so surprising. The formula is amazing and non irritating. The conditioner leaves my hair so soft and shiny, but maintain volume and doesn’t leave my hair heavy. I love the texture with the little beads, I feel like it really penetrates deep into the scalp and a plus is it has a nice fragrance that is not irritating to my psoriasis. This set is a must have and if anything grab the conditioner and find out for yourself.

I left it on for several hours but when I washed my hair, I had a lot more hair fall in the shower than normal so I wasn’t willing to chance it again.

When initially putting it on, I noticed a slight, cool tingling on my scalp, nothing drastic and it didn’t hurt, but it is worth mentioning. That sensation doesn’t last long, but it is noticeable. I feel like this serum works in strengthening my hair at the root which is great for preventing further hair loss and thinning, but it didn’t fix the loss I already had. It doesn’t claim to do that, so it wasn’t expected. I also don’t want others to have false hope. If you are starting to thin and notice more hair loss when showering, I recommend trying this product before it worsens.

I’m torn, this made hair loss much worse due to being covered in bumps and scabs. I had to discontinue use but it took several weeks for my scalp to calm down.
