I honestly felt like it weighed my hair down a little bit and that is not something I'm looking for especially with having thin hair.

It also let my hair feeling clean. The shampoo works up into nice bubbly leather and a little bit goes a long way! There are balls in the conditioner that I thought would be hard, but to my surprise I did not even notice them when washing my hair. It did not make my hair greasy at all. I would recommend this set. My hair was noticeably different after using for 3 to 4 weeks.

I have used this consistently with the shampoo and conditioner for the past couple of weeks and have really noticed less shedding. I honestly couldn't handle it because it stayed all day and I finally had to wash it out. It didn't make my hair greasy so that's a plus. I can't attest to any breakage or strengthening do to not being able to handle the scent.
