My hair is definitely not growing more after using this. You could say that maybe my hair is falling out less but that's also because I'm using other products and taking care of my hair in a different way. It helped control my flakes and I could see less buildup on my scalp. It's pretty lightweight once you rub it into the skin. Didn't stain.
