The consistency is creamy but not super heavy and and it rinses out without leaving any residue which leaves my hair hair feeling light. It gels smooth my frizz and makes my hair super soft.

I'm still losing tons of hair. I used it for 6 weeks but I also might not wash my hair often enough lol. I will definitely continue use until I run out! I have long, semi-wavy, frizzy, fine, thin hair, and my main concerns are hair loss, oily scalp and bangs, and dry length. Because my hair is fine and thin, I was worried a scalp serum might make my roots greasy or itchy, but this one doesn't sting or itch, and it doesn't feel greasy. The serum is a translucent ivory color and comes in an aesthetic glass bottle with a dropper, that matches the shampoo and conditioner packaging. I followed the directions by parting my hair into sections, applying it to the scalp line, massaging it through my scalp and roots, and not rinsing it out. I usually let my hair partially air-dry, then dry the rest with a hair dryer with moisture-infusing nanoe technology on medium heat. After a couple of months of using the system, I noticed more hair growth, especially in the area where I had lost hair from stress. I was also dealing with hair fall from perimenopause, so I can't pretend one product fixed everything, but this came at the perfect time while I was also working on behavior therapy, drugs, and diet. My fine hair has never felt this light and soft, and the scent is so good that I sniff my hair all day. I love this serum and am definitely going to keep buying it as long as it continues being effective.

After applying the oil I massage my scalp which starts feeling cool. I usually let my hair air dry at night and style in the morning. I'm surprised I get volume in my hair! I used the Pantene Pro-V Miracles Abundant & Strong Conditioner daily as part of the three-step system for six weeks. My hair is long, fine, and wavy, and has been showing signs of damage and breakage, so I was hoping for something that would help without weighing it down. This conditioner has a nice creamy texture with tiny, reddish specks, and it rinses cleanly. My hair was easier to comb through and I noticed less hair left behind in the comb and in the drain catcher. Most importantly for fine hair, it did not leave my hair, greasy, flat, or heavy. My only real complaint is the size. The shampoo is 13.5 oz., but the conditioner is only 8 oz., which feels uneven since many people use at least as much conditioner as shampoo. Also, the fragrance is strong after use. It did not bother me, but my mother definitely noticed it until it wore off, so scent-sensitive people may want to keep that in mind. Overall, though, I liked the conditioner and thought it worked well.

I also love how it doesn’t leave ur hair feeling oily or greasy! I’ve noticed significant hair growth on my temples where I was thinning. Definitely recommend it doesn’t buildup or cause any breakage the menthol feeling leaves ur scalp feeling so fresh.
