My hair wasn’t coming out as much - and with this product in particular my hair wasn’t coming SO soft. Will continue to use this forever!

It's easy to apply and I love that I can put it on whether my hair is wet or dry. It's not thick or greasy. I can definitely see myself continuing to use this daily.

They melt instantly as you apply it, and you can feel the extra nourishment they provide! I was looking for strength without weight, and this hits the mark. After using it, my hair feels much more resilient and smooth. It's a miracle for hair that needs a boost.I love that it gives my hair a healthy shine and makes it look thicker and stronger My hair has gained volume. Tht scalp doesn't feel the effects of the conditioner, as it is designed for the hair shaft.

A little goes a long way, doesn't weigh down your hair and smells fantastic. I have experienced less shedding and more volume since I started using this entire line. Worth every penny and better than most salon products in my opinion.

The scent comes off slightly different than the shampoo and isn't as good. It smells nice, just not as much as the shampoo. It left my hair smooth and easy to get knots out.

I have been using it in conjunction with Panten’s conditioner and scalp serum. I can tell a difference in the thickness of my hair and it’s smells really good too. I will be using this in the future.

Cons: it made my hair shed way more than before I started using it. Not good when its main job is to reduce shedding & build strength. Overall I was really disappointed in this product despite having high hopes. I used the serum 4-5 times a week for about 3 wks and noticed my hair seemed to be shedding more since I started using it. I stopped using it for 2 weeks and noticed a huge improvement. This was a fail for my hair but maybe it'll work well for someone else.
