I started a new ball for comparison when I started using the product. My hair is stronger, far less hair loss, longer, growing back in areas of loss, and it looks better. It felt like it really nourished my hair, but also didn't weigh it down which is important because I have fine and thin hair. The conditioner has these little tiny capsules that have vitamins for your hair and when you work it into your hair they burst and really get into your hair! My hairstylist told me this is the healthiest she's ever seen my hair and I have been getting lots of compliments on it. It genuinely feels thicker and nicer. I'm never going back to my previous shampoo and conditioner that cost a lot more than this does.
