It definitely showed improvement on my bald spot. I can see that part filling in. With consistency it could be sooner but I don't use product in my hair on a daily. This product had a yummy fresh coconut scent that wasn't super overpowering to my nose. It coated my hair nicely but I feel it could've been a bit more hydrating. It didn't weigh my hair down or make my hair break. I just wish this had more moisture. Overall it was a great affordable option, I wouldn't over look this product.
