The conditioner helps with dryness and softens the hair. The conditioner rinses out easily and helps to make your hair much more manageable. I wasn't a fan of having to squeeze the tube of conditioner in the shower and hope they make an easy pump dispenser in the future. Overall the three Pantene Abundant & Strong products (shampoo, conditioner and serum) worked wonders for my hair!
