It is not sticky, and it is light and absorbs well into my skin when I massage it into my scalp. There is a noticeable tropical scent, I wish this product was not scented, but I do not mind.

First time applying it feels like a menthol sensation on my scalp after few applications I didn't feel it anymore.I notice after two month of use I've alot of new hair growth however my hair didn't stop falling. I used the product according to the instructions. I will recommend the product for new hair growth but not for stopping the loss of hair.

It goes on quickly and easily and doesn't make my hair feel oily or heavy. I have fine straight hair so it shows heavy products and oil really easily, so it's surprising when a product doesn't make my roots look crazy. It requires a fair amount of product for each use. They recommend separating your hair int 4-5 sections and using a full dropper for each section. Realistically, this means you'll go through the product pretty quickly but it's a lot more affordable than the majority or hair loss products on the market so it balances out more than expected. I appreciate that the instructions give tangible directions (specifying how much product to use in a specific number of sections) since most products just say “apply an appropriate amount”. Also, I appreciate that it can be applied to wet or dry hair so it's easier to use consistently. My main complaint with the instructions is the instructions are only on the box, not on the bottle. So if you forget you would need to look them up rather than just reading the back of the bottle. The packaging is pretty and looks nice but inconspicuous on a shelf. It comes in a glass bottle with a nice dropper. The dropper works well, but I wish the it had a more rounded tip. The tip is quite small so it helps you get between the hair sections but it can feel a little rough on the scalp. Overall, I think I need to keep using it longer to give more of a review on its effectiveness but I've noticed the baby hairs at my hairline have gotten noticeably longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner is something else! I've never been able to use a conditioner so close to my scalp or even on my scalp. I could with this one! There's no heavy residue it rinses out super clean. My hair feels so soft after use and my scalp is not oily, and I could even go two days without washing my hair. And that's major for me having thin, fine hair. Even when styling, I'm surprised I can get good volume, and I can really never do that with another conditioner even ones dedicated for volume. Because my hair is long I have used more conditioner than shampoo so I'm almost out. I really am thinking I should buy another bottle already. As for the packaging, I wish it was also in a pump like the shampoo, but I can bypass that for the results that I'm getting
