The packaging is noticeably smaller than the shampoo, by at least four ounces, so that's kind of discouraging because you will likely run out of conditioner way before shampoo. It rinses out well and doesn't feel like it strips your hair.

My hair and scalp have felt wonderful after using this line of haircare products. The scalp serum leaves a refreshing, menthol feel after applying. Its not strong to be medical but it feels amazing especially since I have scalp psoriasis. The shampoo and conditioner also feel the same. Per directions, you can use these products every day but I have never been a every day wash, especially with my long hair. It does state that you can double wash if you dont use it every day, which is what I did. My scalp is less flaky and my hair feels so much stronger. My hair loss is less as well. I will definitely be using this product in the future. My only complaint is that the serum bottle does not have the directions, only the box, which I never keep.
