Unfortunately, the quality of the non-stick surface is a major letdown. The coating started to peel and chip away surprisingly easily after I cleaned it with a standard kitchen scrubber. This is a significant durability issue that keeps me from recommending it.

Best of all it’s not heavy either, since I have a very weak wrist so it worked out great for me. This set is not only pleasing to look at but it is also easy to cook with. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this pan for about a month, and it’s honestly stunning, the color with the gold handle looks high-end on my stove. Cooking has been great so far: eggs, veggies, even fish glide right off, and cleanup is easy. That said, it definitely feels like a pan you need to treat gently, only medium heat, no metal utensils, and I hand wash to keep it looking nice. Too soon to judge long-term durability, but right now I’m happy with it.

These pans are scratch resistant and feel tough, so I’m confident they’ll last. And can we talk about the hardware?! It’s a beautiful gold color, that looks very high end and durable. The package also came with a silicone spatula and spoon as well as felt pieces that you can safely stack the pots and pans with to store them. Additionally there is a special sponge to clean anything that gets stuck. The first test I did was the egg test - I needed to know if I could easily fry an egg over easy without it sticking or breaking apart. The frying pan passed with flying colors. I used only a bit of oil and was able to just tilt the pan and swirl the egg around. I’m so impressed with this set and can’t wait to continue using each pot and pan. The only thing I personally lacked in this set is a lid for these pans, but they can be used universal lids. Easy to clean with a soft sponge or in the dishwasher !

Kinda just slides off in the sink, I’ve been avoiding the dishwasher as per the instructions (although it is dishwasher safe)

I have had these for a few weeks now. I love the color. They seem durable and slick. I have put mine in the broiler for about 5 minutes with no problem. I got these to replace my two year old Venice Pro Stainless Steel that was chipping and no longer nonstick. One thing to note is that the sides of this pan are noticeably shorter than my old Venice Pro. I have bought silicone pan protectors that I hope will better protect these and lead to them lasting longer. I wish they sold more individual pieces because i definitely don’t need a full set.

We eat a lot of chicken in my house and it didn’t stick to the pan. I always use plastic with my pans to keep the material in place and make the pan last longer- fingers crossed this does the same! It feels like it will be a long haul product!
