I love the nonstick ceramic coating and I am really happy to add it to my collection of larger GreenPan pans. I love how effectively and evenly it cooks, and how food doesn't stick to it. We eat a lot of chicken in my house and it didn’t stick to the pan. I always use plastic with my pans to keep the material in place and make the pan last longer- fingers crossed this does the same! It feels like it will be a long haul product!
