Fantastic Smoked Meat, but smokes up the kitchen with smoke- don't know what the deal is, some of the people I know also do not have smoke like I do- this is my 2nd unit. This may be an outdoor unit.

I purchased the Profile Smart Indoor Smoker and just had my first smoke today...very impressed! The ribs turned excellent and the product did as advertised, no smoke in the house!

Product is great. Holds a decent bit of food. Made of quality material and the control options are just what is needed. Performed incredibly well. Temp is on point with a 2 degree variable.

I don't cook every much but this smoker is amazing and fun. I'm finding myself looking for the next item so smoke and cook. I particularly love setting the smoker in the morning by evening we have fresh BBQ. It's fun and a money saver.

I have used the smoker 3 times so far. Pork loin chicken and duck. The chicken wings were good. My daughter said really good. This will be my new toy. Love it so far.

I bought this as a gift for clients that just bought a new home. Unfortunately my husband thought it was for us and got really excited to use it…now he wants one too.

Out of the box this was a big hit and very easy to use. Being in an apartment I thought it would be smoker but the unit at max smoke didn’t smoke up the apartment. Cooked beef ribs and they came out on point.

Used it once and now the unit is stuck in preheat mode until it turns off after 1 hour. Even spent the money to import it into canada so now i'm out of that too.

Have done several items and just can’t get the deep smoke flavor/smoke ring. Any pointers would be great . This is the only thing preventing a 5 rating as the flavor and taste are still very good just not same as my outdoor smoker.

I've only used it once, so this review could change. I cooked ribs and they came out tender with a hint of smoke flavor. The cool thing was I could "smoke" food inside my house away from the elements.
