Easy to use

This is amazing to smoker indoors and not have the smoker in your home. It is easy to use and the cleanup is easy as well. Quick to set up out of the box. Just think about having smoked meats and veggies all year long!! Total win in my book.

Easy to use!

My indoor smoker has been a game-changer! I recently moved into an apartment and I missed using my outdoor smoker, but this product allows me to still enjoy smoked meats right inside my home.

Only worked 4 times

I only got to use it 4 times. I LOVED this thing, but now it won’t heat the pellets. The “keep warm” lets me use it as an oven, but I have one of those already. So disappointed!!

We want to help out with the smoke chamber not heating properly. It can be important to remember that the heater in the smoking chamber may not activate immediately at start of preheat, since the Active Smoke Filtering system must warm up before the smoker is ready to operate. We also recommend trying a quick electronic reset, which can be done by removing the power cord for 2-3 minutes then plugging it back in. If you are still experiencing issues, we suggest contacting our service team to submit a warranty claim. Great option for those who don't have balcony/yard

This is such a great appliance for bbq lovers - not only it's really easy to use, it definitely adds depth of flavor and smokiness to any kind of meat. Cleaning of the appliance is also easy with the racks and other things being dishwasher safe.

Ease-of-use

Awesome Smoker

So we have used this more than our stove/oven. There is very little smoke and it is pretty nice to only have to check on it to make sure I don't need to add pellets or water. I COMPLETELY recommend this indoor smoker!!

Smokin Smoker!

I purchased the Profile Smart Indoor Smoker and just had my first smoke today...very impressed! The ribs turned excellent and the product did as advertised, no smoke in the house!

All I can say is Wow

Out of the box this was a big hit and very easy to use. Being in an apartment I thought it would be smoker but the unit at max smoke didn’t smoke up the apartment. Cooked beef ribs and they came out on point.

Fantastic Product
