We purchased a Forno microwave last fall for our new home and it now sparks in the area of the upper cover plate when used. We have ceased using and need to get a service rep for Forno in the area of Ellijay GA (30540). Can you assist

The unit has just been installed. It looks very sharp mounted in it's cabinet. Before I can speak to how well it operates, I need technical support since the instruction manual is not very clear in some aspects of how to operate the appliance.

Other than not knowing it would come with a plug that was different from our US style, it is in place and set up. Much to learn about what all it can do!

Just filling out our appliance registration online. I'm not sure why I have to leave a review since we have had very little interaction with the company to warrant a review.

Other than purchasing the unit, no other encounter with company until now. The base of white 3- prong part that helps with clockwise movement broke off. Part of 3 - prong base fell into hole. The rotation is now hampered.

Love this appliance. The only change I would do is have a pull out microwave rack rather than fixed when you are using it.

Looks nice, heated up my food good for the 1st time use and forced review just to register the microwave.

Love the flexibility of this model but am annoyed that I have to leave a review in order to register my warranty

Microwave works very effectively and and efficiently. The convection part works great as well. Very happy with the product.
